This website is operated by Salt and Home Designs LLC, operating as Salt + Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform used to offer our products and process orders.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website and products lawfully. You must not interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, engage in fraud, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

Products identified as digital guides or downloads are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.

Each product description explains what is included, the file format and any stated access requirements. You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection and software capable of opening the specified files.

Delivery instructions or access links will be provided using the method described at checkout or on the product page. Please enter a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive an expected message.

Unless expressly stated in the product description, a purchase does not include personalized design services, consultations, future editions or ongoing updates.

4. Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Our original guides, written content, photographs, graphics and other materials are owned by Salt and Home Designs LLC or used with permission. Other trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.

When you purchase or receive a digital resource, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, store and print it for your personal, noncommercial use.

You may not share the file or download link with others, upload it publicly, redistribute it, resell it, or reproduce substantial portions for commercial use without our written permission.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the content or its intellectual property rights. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

5. Home and Renovation Information

Our website and guides share personal experiences, product selections, opinions and general educational information about homes, decorating and renovation.

We aim to describe our products accurately. Prices and availability may change, but changes do not alter the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.
